1. Our Shared Agreement
By booking your place on a Soul Rising Retreat (“we,” “our,” “us”), you (“you,” “the participant”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions. These guidelines are here to ensure your safety, clarity, and peace of mind — so we can all rise together with ease and intention.
2. Eligibility & Wellbeing
Our retreats are designed for women who are ready to rest, reconnect, and explore within.
Participants must be 18 years or older (or accompanied by a guardian).
By booking, you confirm that you are physically and emotionally well enough to join all planned activities and that you’ll take personal responsibility for your wellbeing throughout the journey.
3. Booking & Payment
A non-refundable deposit of $500 secures your space.
The remaining balance is due 90 days before departure.
If payment is not received by the due date, your place may be offered to someone on our wait list.
All prices are in AUD unless stated otherwise.
4. Cancellations & Refunds
We understand that life can shift unexpectedly. Please read carefully:
If you need to cancel:
More than 90 days before the retreat – your deposit is non-refundable, but any other payments will be returned.
Between 60 and 89 days – 50% of the retreat fee is refundable.
Less than 60 days – no refund can be offered.
If we must cancel:
Should unforeseen circumstances (natural events, political instability, low enrolment, etc.) require us to cancel, you’ll receive a full refund of payments made to Soul Rising.
We are not responsible for costs outside the retreat itself — including flights, visas, or personal insurance.
5. Travel Insurance (Required)
To travel with ease, comprehensive travel insurance is essential.
Your policy should include:
Trip cancellation or interruption
Medical care and emergency evacuation
COVID-related disruptions
Lost baggage or personal items
Proof of coverage may be requested prior to travel.
6. Health & Responsibility
Our retreats include activities such as yoga, meditation, ocean swims, gentle movement, excursions, and sacred circles.
By attending, you acknowledge that you participate at your own risk and are responsible for your body, choices, and limits.
Soul Rising and its facilitators are not liable for injury, illness, loss, or damage, except where required by law.
7. Travel Documents & Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring you have:
A valid passport (with at least 6 months before expiry after return)
Any necessary visas or entry permits
Required vaccinations or health clearances
We cannot offer refunds if entry is denied due to missing documentation.
8. Accommodation & Nourishment
Retreat accommodations are lovingly chosen for their comfort, natural beauty, and connection to place.
Rooms are usually shared unless you have booked a single-occupancy upgrade.
Meals are nourishing and mostly whole-food-based. We honour dietary needs where possible — please let us know any restrictions upon booking.
9. Flow & Flexibility
Every retreat is designed with care, yet nature and travel sometimes ask us to flow.
We reserve the right to adjust schedules or activities for weather, safety, or logistical reasons.
If changes occur, we promise to communicate clearly and hold the same heart-centered intention for your experience.
10. Community Guidelines
Soul Rising is a space for connection, kindness, and openness.
We ask that all participants:
Treat themselves and others with compassion and respect.
Honour the sacredness of group sharing and privacy.
Refrain from behaviour that is unsafe, disrespectful, or disruptive.
We reserve the right to remove a participant from the retreat without refund if behaviour endangers the well being of the group.
11. Photography & Media
We love capturing the beauty of our shared moments. By joining, you grant Soul Rising permission to use photographs or video taken during the retreat for gentle storytelling and promotional purposes.
If you prefer not to appear in imagery, please let us know before arrival — we fully honour your choice.
12. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for cancellations or changes due to events beyond our control, including natural disasters, flight disruptions, pandemics, or government restrictions. In such cases, we will work compassionately to offer credit or rescheduling where possible.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia.
Any disputes will be resolved under that jurisdiction, with goodwill and open communication as our first approach.
14. Acknowledgement
By submitting your booking and deposit, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions — and that you step into this journey with trust, self-responsibility, and an open heart.
