Refund Policy

Tropical Palm Trees

This policy outlines the terms under which participants may cancel their bookings and request refunds for retreats offered by Soul Rising.
 

1. Cancellation by Participants

   - 60 Days or More Before Retreat: Participants may cancel their booking and receive a full refund, minus the non-refundable deposit.

   - 30 to 59 Days Before Retreat: Participants may cancel their booking and receive a 50% refund of the total retreat cost.

   - 29 Days or Less Before Retreat: No refunds will be granted for cancellations made within 29 days of the retreat start date.​​

 

2. Transfer Policy: 

   - Participants can transfer their booking to another individual for the same retreat without incurring a fee by notifying us at least 14 days before the retreat start date. A transfer request must be submitted in writing.

 

3. Cancellation by Soul Rising:

   - In the event that Soul Rising cancels a retreat due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., travel restrictions, natural disasters), participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid or the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat.

 

Refund Process

To request a refund, participants must:

1. Submit a written cancellation request via email or through the contact form on our website.

2. Provide all relevant details, including name, booking reference, and reason for cancellation.

3. Refunds will be processed within [insert time frame, e.g., 14 business days] after approval.

 

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies may arise. In such cases, participants may contact us to discuss potential exceptions to the policy.

 

Acknowledgment

By completing a booking, participants acknowledge that they have read and understand this refund policy.

If the retreat is canceled by Soul Rising, the following actions will take place:

 

1. Full Refund: Participants will receive a full refund of the amount paid for the retreat. This provides clarity that they will not incur any financial loss.

 

2. Transfer Options: Participants will also have the option to transfer their booking to a future retreat date, should they prefer that instead of a refund.

 

3.Notification: Participants will be notified as soon as possible via email or phone, providing details about the cancellation and the next steps regarding refunds or transfers.

 

4. Assistance: Our team will be available to answer any questions and assist participants with the refund or transfer process.
